Good evening. Here is the info on our upcoming fall trip.
Location: We will be going to Jekyll Island, Ga 23-25 Octobeer, 2026, and playing the three local courses.
We will be staying in the Villa by the Sea condos on Jekyll Island. They are three bedroom, four person accomodations not far from the golf course.
Please sign up with your four man roommates if at all possible. If you can’t sign up with a group of four, we will put the remainder of those who sign up in groups of four as needed to fill out the accomodations.
Tomorrow, I will put a signup sheet on the bulletin board.
The total trip cost will be $561.00 which includes two night accomodations at Villas by the Sea, three days of golf, and $20 a day for the game bets. Depending on the number of times you have played in our game, your credit will offset some of this cost.
Here are the key dates: No latter than 15 August, 2026 your $200 deposit is required to reserve your slot. Please pay John Correia, or Jim Broadnax.
Final full non-refundable payment will be due by 6 September, 2026. I wll be calculation your credit for games played and will give you your final payment amount by the end of August.
Jim Broadnax is our trip manager, and I will be handling the funding. Let us or other board members know if you have any questions. This should be a fun trip so sign up as soon as you can.
