Annual Meeting

I have placed a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board for the annual meeting. If you plan to attend please put your name on the sheet or call the Pro Shop and ask them to sign you up. All members are welcomed/encouraged to attend the meeting, however, we will only prepare dinner for those that are signed up.

2022 Southern Hills MGA Annual Meeting

The 2022 MGA Meeting will be held Jan 6th. Dinner will start @ 5:30PM and the meeting will commence shortly thereafter. The agenda for the 2022 meeting:

  • Nomination and election for MGA Secretary/Treasury
  • Nomination and election for MGA Vice President
  • Nomination and election for any new MGA At-large members.
  • Review MGA Financials
  • 2021 Review
  • 2022 MGA Business
  • Open Discussion

If you are interested in serving or if you know someone that would be a good MGA Board member, please let Marvin, WJ, Jody, John, or myself know. There will be a signup sheet on the bulletin board for those planning on attending the meeting and dinner. Please signup by Jan 3rd so we know how many people to order food for.
