We have finalized our plans for the 2014 Fall Golf Trip. Details are listed below. Please sign up as soon as you know you can make the trip.

Location: Athens, Ga area
Eligibility: All members of the Southern Hills MGA are invited to make the trip. Guests of the MGA will be accepted if space is available. The cost for a guest is $135.00 which includes hotel (dbl. occupancy), green fees, cart fees.)
Golf Courses:
Saturday – 1:30 PM shotgun at Lane Creek in Bishop GA – website: http://www.

Rooms are double occupancy. Anyone wishing to have a single room must pay extra cost ($40) and should sign up early. We have 16 rooms reserved and if we need a single rooms I need to make more reservations. There are only 4 smoking rooms reserved on a first signed up/first assigned basis.
Cost: Southern Hills MGA will pay the cost of the hotel and golf.
Deposit: $50 non-refundable. If someone cancels it will be up to you to find another MGA member to take your place. This deposit money will make up the prize fund each day.
Format: 18 Holes on Saturday afternoon followed by a simple cookout and 18 holes on Sunday morning.
The BOD will meet before the trip to decide the format. If anyone has any suggestions please forward them to a member of the BOD (Jody Woodruff, Bill Shively, Tim Wynne and Mike Keys).
Transportation:
Everyone is responsible for coordinating their own transportation.
The sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board. When signing up please include the following:
Name, phone, email, Single/Dbl occupancy, Foursome Team Captain (You will be able to pick your own foursome. This will not be your team for the matches). Please indicate if you will need a smoking room (very limited number of smoking rooms available). I will post secondary sheet to show who will be sharing rooms. I much prefer you find a “roommate” rather than me trying to match up people.
