We have begun accepting the entry fee into the Hole In One Club. At our last full meeting we voted to implement the following provisions:

• Only MGA Members eligible
• Hole in One must be accomplished during an official MGA match. Currently this is only on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. If enough people feel we should also count Tuesdays, we can add that day also (doing this means we will start taking out the $1 party fund on Tuesday also)
• The payout is 50% of the total money in the Hole in One account. Each time someone has a HIO, you will need to pay another $5 fee to “get back in”. Over time, this will allow the balance/payout to grow.

You may pay your entry fee to any of the BOD (Jody Woodruff, Bill Shively, Tim Wynne, James Simpson). You can also put it in an envelope (marked Hole In One) with your name, Date, and $5 and give it to the Pro Shop and they will see that I get it.

I will post a list of Hole In One members on the bulletin board soon.

I have put a sign-up sheet for our Peer Day this Saturday on the bulletin board outside the men’s restroom. Please make your foursome and fill in the names on the sheet. This will help with any confusion on Saturday.

If you do not have a foursome, sign your name on the sheet in one of the open spots and we will fill the incomplete foursomes.

Remember, this foursome is just your playing partners on Saturday and not your team as it relates to scores. We will use the computer to pick the teams at the end of the competition.
