For everyone going on the 2021 Fall Trip, please make note of the following courses and tee times;
Friday – Palmetto Hall Plantation Club (Hills Course). 1st tee time is @ 12:36.
Saturday – Palmetto Hall Plantation Club (Cupp Course). 1st tee time is @ 12:36.
Sunday – Old South Golf Links. 1st tee time is @ 8:44.
On Friday we would like everyone to be at the golf course by 11:30 so we can set our foursome tee times. If you are running late make sure you let someone know so we can adjust your tee time accordingly.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred foursome, but we ask that everyone understands that this may not be possible each day.

Fall Trip Payment Deadline
The deadline for full payment for The Fall Trip is approaching fast. Please get your payment to a BOD member, Buster or Matt by Sunday 9/12/2021 6PM. See one of us if you need to know your balance.
As of today we have signed up the 32 players that we had reserved tee times for. We may be able to increase this number but we need to know ASAP. There may also be a need for substitute players later if someone needs to back out, so let a BOD member know if you may be available as a short notice replacement.
Also, there has been discussion about playing a “nice” course on Thursday Oct 21st in either Hilton Head or Savannah. This round and additional night in a hotel room would be paid entirely by the player. Let me know if you are interested in playing this additional day so I can start working on it.
2021 MGA Fall Trip
Very important that you sign up ASAP so we can adjust the number and type of rooms needed.
We have finalized details for our annual Fall Trip. We will be headed to Hilton Head, SC on October 22-24. The last few years the number of participants has been 32 players, so we have reserved space for that many again this year. If we get more we can probably increase that number but only if we get more to commit by the deadline. I have attached a fact sheet that describes the details, including dates, cost and location. In the document you can find links to web pages with even more details.
Note: Deadline for full payment to be paid is 6:00 PM Sunday Sept. 12, 2021. We have a list of credits earned which will reduce your actual cost by as much as $200. You may find out how much credit you have earned by contacting James, W J, or Jody. Additional credits will accrue through Sept 30, 2021. If you earn more credit after you have paid, the difference will be refunded.
