“Short Course Championship” results

As part of “Championship Week”  at Southern Hills for 2014, a Friday par 3 tourney was added to the schedule. The hope is to have this be a regular part of “Championship Week” each year. Dubbed the “Short Course Championship”, the event featured 41 players who played 18 holes that were laid out with yardages between 65 and 125 yards. The event included a skins game.

The results of this years “Short Course Championship” are:

Co-Champions: 52 (-2)

Jody Woodruff / Dean Duke

3rd Place (4-way tie) 53 (-1)

John Wade / John Way / Chris Justin / Scott McDonald

MGA Fall Trip Date Change

We are looking at changing the dates for the Fall Trip to October. The UGA course will be aerating that week before the original date and we do not want to have to deal with that. I will keep you posted via the website what we decide.
