Thanks to all that helped to make this year’s Fall Trip a success. We only had 27 players this year but I think we all had a great time. I had hoped to get some pics of the golf each day, but at my mental capacity, I cannot remember everything. I did take a few at the low-country-boil on Friday night. I don’t know about everyone else but I really enjoyed that dinner. Thanks go out to Frankie Sanders’ friends (Mike and Margie) and wife (Fran) for taking care of the cooking and setup.

For those that did not get to go this year, please make plans early for next year. The dates will be very close to the dates this year.

Out of 27 players there were 25 that at least got some money back. There were a couple of people that scored way better than the rest of us. Tracy Stephens played the 3 rounds at 71-75-75 and Artie Smith played the 3 rounds at 71-75-76. Artie Smith was the obvious Net Score star as he played the 3 rounds at 61-65-66 for a total net score of minus 24.

Each player is responsible for posting his scores in GHIN.

Prize money was put in individual envelopes today and can be picked up in the Pro Shop.

There were a couple of changes needed for the foursomes. I have included the latest. As I stated before, you can make changes to your group as long as everyone on both groups agrees to the changes.

For those making the trip on Thursday, I have the final numbers on what it will cost you over and above what you have already paid. The room fees for Thursday should be paid directly to the MGA. The green/cart fees will be paid directly to the golf course before play.

Double Room – Smith, Hilton, Adkins, Simpson, Garrett, Bennett, Woodruff, Fisher – $81.43

Triple Room Baker, Daniell, Correia – $55.43

Green/cart fees are $49 (includes hot dog lunch)
