The deadline to pay for the Fall Trip was set for Sept. 1, extended to Sept. 4 and we still have a few that have not paid. Tomorrow (Wednesday) I will be cancelling rooms for those that have signed up but have not paid. If those that have not paid decide later they want to go it will be up to them to work out something with other players to share a bedroom with twin beds.

Full payment for the trip is due Sept. 1. WJ, John Correia and Buster all have a list of how much each person owes. Any credits earned after 8/15 will be returned as a cash refund once we have the final credit totals on Oct 1. Please WJ or John to pay before the deadline.

I have most of the room assignments but there are a few that are not confirmed yet. This always is the most difficult part of planning the trip as we always end up with a few that end up not getting their choice. Hopefully those that have not been confirmed can be worked out this weekend.

We have filled the target of 32 players for the Fall Trip. If we get at least 3 more who wish to go, we will try to get more rooms but no promises since the deadline to signup has passed. I am attaching the list of those that did signup. The final price per person is $450 minus any credits you have earned by playing with the group each week. The total cost includes 2 nights hotel (2 per 3 b/r unit), 3 rounds of golf, $20 per round prize fund. I will create the list of credit earned up until 9/23/2022 so you have an idea of what your total cost will be. If you earn any credits after the date you pay, you will get a cash refund after final calculation on9/31/22.

I need everyone to look at this list and figure out who the 3 people that will be staying together in the 3 b/r unit. I have a pretty good idea who will be in each unit, but it will ultimately be up to each player to work this out. Please make sure you confirm with the other 2 guys before contacting me. Keep in mind that each unit will have one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom (with bath) and one bedroom with two twin beds. I am leaving it up to you to figure out who gets which bedroom. I will give Buster my best guess with room assignments so you can see my “best guess”.
