On Monday (12/23) there will be a memorial for RC Coleman held at Southern Hills Golf Club. Anyone wishing to attend should meet at the tee box of hole #5 at 5 PM. It was RC’s wish to have his ashes spread on this hole.

Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for Jan. 09, 2020 at the clubhouse of Southern Hills. Dinner will be served at 5:30 with the meeting to follow. Since it was discovered that our bylaws call for the BOD to be elected every 2 years , we will not be electing BOD members. On the agenda will be a short presentation explaining the new World Handicap System that takes affect on January 1, 2020

Note: no handicap can be input between 12/31 and 01/06. If you wish to view or post scores in the handicap system from your phone you will need to install the new Handicap app.

As most of you know, one of our oldest and most loved members RC Coleman has been very ill for some time. He has been spending his time in a local nursing home under hospice care.

Yesterday afternoon, RC passed away. Please remember RC’s family in your prayers as they deal with his loss.

RC will truly be missed by the MGA. I do not have funeral arrangements yet but will post those when I get them.
