The annual meeting will be Thursday 12/17 at 5:00 PM. We will start with dinner followed by what will probably be a very short meeting.

The two main items on the agenda are related to the Board of Directors for the next 2 years.

One item we will vote on is whether to modify our by-laws as it relates to the term for board members. Currently the by-laws state board members will serve a 2 year term. It has been proposed that if we elect BOD every two years we should alternate years for some of the BOD. Maybe President on odd years and VP and Sect./Treas on even years. We would need to vote on this change. Making this change will help ensure a smoother transition when new officers are elected.

If you would like to serve on the BOD (or know someone you think would be willing) please let a current BOD member know.
