As per the vote by the membership, we will be ‘trying’ different formats on the 2nd Saturday of each month., just to add a little variety to our regular matches and perhaps to get everyone involved in the outcome.

With that in mind, on 13 Feb the format will be a 2 man (Blind draw) Stableford Point competition. Each player will have an assigned Quota that will be 36 – current handicap. The 2 man team’s combined 18 hole score will determine the winners. Based on the turnout we would expect to pay 1 place per for every 3 teams. While it may sound complicated it is the same format used by the Central Chapter  of the GA PGA and to some degree, our own SH-CRS group. Trust me, you will have fun <g>.

The signup sheet will be such that you can create your own foursomes but the teams will be picked by the computer.
