Thanks to all those that were able to make the trip to Hilton Head, SC a success. We had 34 different players make the trip. The greens were not up to what we expected, but we survived. Next year the BOD will make a scouting trip before we commit to insure we have better conditions. For those that were not able to go this year, start making your plans for next October. We normally set the date to coincide with the week Georgia Bulldogs are idle.
I have added links to the results for the trip, including each day’s scores and a total prize list for the group. The actual money you will collect may be different than what the report shows to account for those that may have overpaid as well as subtractions for those that still owed money. We had 28 different players win something this year which is pretty much in line with previous years. In the skins reports you will notice that there are potential winners on the gross skin report that did not get any money. This is because of the rule that you cannot win both net and gross skin and net skin takes precedence over gross. The value of the net and gross skins were equal. If you need further explanation on this ask Jody or WJ. If you see any errors in any of the data, please report it as we strive for complete accuracy.
Some of you may notice a slight difference of a stroke in your score for a given day since I had to correct math errors on several score cards, but the hole by hole scores should be correct. The handicaps changed each day based on the course rating for each course.
