We need to have all monies for the trip paid by 6 PM on Sept. 15, 2019. Hopefully Hurricane Dorian will not have any impact on the accommodations or the golf course this week.
I am posting on the bulletin board a list that shows the balance each person owes. This list has credits earned as of Sept 1, 2019 included. There are still 30 days left to earn credits. Since I do not know for sure who is getting which bedroom, I could not calculate the difference between room types. I will leave it up to the roommates in each room to handle the differences. My suggestion is:
If staying in a 3 bedroom with 3 people, the Queen with bath pays $100 per night,the person staying in the room with King bed and shared bath pays $90 per night and the person staying in the bedroom with twin beds and shared bath pays $80 per night.
If staying in a 3 bedroom with 4 people, the Queen with bath pays $80 per night, the person staying in the room with King bed and shared bath pays $70 per night and the two guys in the room with twin beds and shared bath pay $60 each per night.
If you earn any credits between now and the end of Sept. we will refund any over payments. We do not have the luxury of waiting until the end of the month to collect the balance since we have to pay the hotel on 9/15.
Right now I have 13 players committed to going over on Thursday. The list of money owed does not include any of the costs for Thursday. Golf on Thursday will be about $45 and the rooms will vary based on room type and how many are in the room. These costs will be paid by you when you arrive at the course and check into the hotel on Thursday. We have room for 2 more players on Thursday but you must let Jody know this week if your name does not already have a check mark in the column named “Thursday” on the posted list.
