Veterans Day Tee Times

There are a few tee times available for the MGA starting at 1:00 PM tomorrow (11/11/13) If you are interested just show up by 12:45

Also for those that normally play on Tuesdays, there is a SR event that prevents us from playing. We are trying to get up a small group to go out of town. Not sure where yet, but it maybe somewhere like the state park in Cordele or Little Olcmugee. Look for announcement tomorrow and be ready to reply tomorrow night if you are interested, with your name and phone number.

Time Change Reminder

Don’t forget?

Turn your clocks back Saturday night.  Sunday will be the first day without daylight savings time. We need to make sure everyone signs up on time (prior to 12:45 PM) so that we can get the teams picked and get off the tee on time. With dark approaching an hour earlier, we cannot afford to be delayed, unless I guess you bring your helmet light.

Winter Rules in effect:
Starting November 1, we start rolling the ball in your own fairway. The fairways are still in great shape but for consistency sake, we voted a couple of years ago to play winter rules starting Nov. 1 each year.
